I have my winter project just waiting for me to order a few things.

I got an plan jane 54cal barrel for my hawkens. I got it from deer creek products. good company to work with. they do not have a web site. some of there stuff has some good prices. I have to contact them for a few more parts

I have a lot of work a head me.

I have the under rib, 2 browning solutions, and barrel lug on the way. going to test one of them on an steel ram rod I have.

I still I have one more coat on the full barrel than I think that is going to be it.



also did some fitting to the stock. brain fart, I ordered the wrong size barrel. need an 1" not and 15/16". once I get some funds I will get some stuff and fit it to the barrel. at least I did not order it too large.
